Blank Invoice Maker is a free, browser-based document generator that helps users create aesthetic invoice documents. Blank Invoice Maker is not certified accounting, bookkeeping, or tax software. The Service is provided as a convenience tool and does not replace professional financial advice or certified invoicing systems.

2. No Financial or Legal Advice

The Service does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any documents generated with Blank Invoice Maker comply with applicable laws, regulations, and tax requirements in your jurisdiction. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified accountant or tax professional for compliance matters.

3. Client-Side Data Storage

All data you enter into Blank Invoice Maker — including invoice details, customer information, and generated documents — is stored entirely in your browser using local storage and IndexedDB. No data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. Clearing your browser data, switching browsers, or using private/incognito mode will result in permanent loss of your locally stored information.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blank Invoice Maker and its creators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Tax compliance errors — Blank Invoice Maker does not validate tax rates, VAT numbers, or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for the accuracy of all tax-related information.
• Lost or corrupted data — Because all data resides in your browser, we cannot recover data that is lost due to browser resets, device changes, software updates, or any other cause.
• Financial damages — Blank Invoice Maker is not liable for any financial loss, missed payments, billing disputes, or other monetary damages resulting from the use of generated documents.
• Inaccurate calculations — While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all totals, discounts, and tax amounts on your invoices before sending them.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content entered into the Service and for the accuracy of generated documents.
• You agree not to use the Service for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data using the export feature provided by the Service.
